We recently moved from the East Coast and not knowing anyone locally, we decided to interview several realtors and chose Yasmine. Our requirements were 1) knowledge of the town especially experience raising children through all three school levels 2) connections to and good experiences with contractors, inspectors, etc. 3) a great eye for details and 4) great negotiation skills. Previously, we looked at 30 homes over 3 months on several house hunting trips, only to come up empty. When we arrived into the area into temporary housing, we selected Yasmine and she made the experience of looking for a home much less stressful. Working with her a true delight! We had no knowledge of California architecture, building codes, HOAs, and all the other little transaction details, Yasmine pointed out many things we would not have noticed. We had a very challenging transaction because of a compressed closing schedule due to a very, very difficult seller. This was probably the most challenging closing out of the five we’ve been through after living in several states. Yasmine was rational, reasonable, calm, and always looked out for our best interests as buyers. She found multiple technical issues with the offer process with the sellers’ realtor and was constantly on top of the deal. Her customer service and professional approach was outstanding! Over the years, realtors we’ve found who are honest and fair become trusted friends and advisors and we refer a lot of people to them. I’m happy to say that Yasmine is now in that league, and we look forward to recommending her services, as we could always trust her judgment, advice, and recommendations.
