Yasmine was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She went far above and beyond what anyone could expect from a realtor. She worked tirelessly to ensure our vacation home was spotless, beautifully staged, and ready to show. She personally coordinated with inspectors, repair companies, and even neighbors, handling every detail with professionalism and care. Her dedication, communication, and commitment made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and recommend Yasmine without hesitation!

Yasmine is outstanding! As a first time buyer, she guided me thru the entire process with ease. When my first offer was declined she collaborated with me to find a much better place! I am grateful. I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise, professionalism and her entire network. Also her integrity and character made her a joy to work with. I will be recommending her to my friends and family!!

Yasmine exceeding all of my expectations. Years after initially meeting Yasmine, I reached out to her just before the Covid pandemic. As we deliberated what we wanted, becoming more tentative with the pandemic and other personal reasons, Yasmine stuck by us. She is knowledgeable in a wide variety of real estate subjects, including investment properties, managing rentals, first home purchases, and relocation. Without being pushy, Yasmine provided us with facts that helped us make decisions in these competitive markets. Given the diverse geography and neighborhoods of the Bay Area, Yasmine was essential to finding our home. Yasmine is smart, diligent, patient, strategic and a great communicator. She is not only an exceptional real estate agent who will help you find a property, but she will provide valuable insights throughout the entire process.

I met Yasmine several years ago. She was forming a neighborhood group for some social activities. It provided great insight into how she is as person and as a professional. She was organized, personally engaging, and fast-paced. And, although I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, Yasmine is the type of person whom I would want representing me. She would listen and understand my needs, be a great advocate and negotiator, move the process along quickly, while at the same time remaining pleasant and supportive. It is no wonder she is so highly respected in the area.

Yasmine did a great job helping me sell my parents-in-law’s townhouse. We sold the house in less than one week, at a great price and with a clean close. Yasmine clearly knows how to price listings in the Danville market. She was also super reliable, efficient with my time, assertive and hard working. I highly recommend working with her

Yasmine helped me find and buy the house of my dreams in 2011. She really listened to everything I said I needed and wanted in a home in terms of neighborhood qualities, layout, and amenities and made sure I got to see a wide range of options throughout the process to help hone my ‘must have’ list and get more focused. She organized many tours where we would go look at many houses and she was helpful in pointing out pluses and minuses on houses that I was too inexperienced to see which definitely saved me from leaping toward a bad decision. When I found my perfect house, Yasmine spent her Saturday getting the offer to the listing agent and made sure that my offer would be accepted over the other offer on the table AND also keep me protected in case something came up during inspections. Yasmine has a great rolodex of people to do inspections and other consultations which made everything go super quick and also get me the info I needed to feel good about my purchase. The house was a short-sale and I think Yasmine’s persistent follow up made it move quicker than most (about 6 weeks) and the deal was super clean (I did not pay a lot of extra’s that many short sales come with). This was in 2011 and at one point I was getting tired of looking and thinking of waiting and Yasmine had the foresight to push me to keep at it as this was a good time to buy that would not last. I am so happy I kept at it as within 6 months of closing, prices in my neighborhood started zooming up and within a year the house was appraised for 20%. If I had waited, I would not have been able to afford this house or any in this neighborhood (Glenview, Oakland) I still LOVE my house and never have had one moment of buyer’s remorse and am so grateful I had Yasmine guiding me to this happy ending!

Yasmine worked tirelessly to help me find a home that worked for me. She was always available to take me to properties that she thought were a fit. She is a consummate professional. Now that I have found a home and our sale transaction is finished she was more than willing to help me find a contractor to do the remodeling. That is above and beyond what I have encountered from other companies and sales associates. Alaine Pinel is lucky to have her as a member of their Real Estate organization. I can’t say enough good things about her.

It has been a great pleasure working with you as well and I have been really impressed by the level of professional conduct you brought to the table. My expectations were far exceeded and your level of patience, hard work and optimism throughout the process was phenomenal. I am grateful for the opportunity to have done business with you and wish you all the best and continued success in the future.

I have worked with Yasmine on three separate transactions. Buying, Selling and Buying again. She is amazing!!! A person who is on your side, supporting you, protecting you from potential hazards in the process and responsive to every need. I can’t say enough great things about Yasmine. It comes down to having someone that treats the buying and selling transaction as if it were their own, and she does that! I would recommend Yasmine to anyone looking to buy or sell, and I find it a privilege to work with her!!!

Yasmine Austere Bay Area Real Estate Team has proven to be the best resource for real estate services. Over the last ten years, Yasmine Austere has represented our family on several real estate transactions. She has a dedication that goes far beyond what one would of expected. Her attention to ever detail made each sale and purchase a breeze!

“Mark and I have partnered with Yasmine on two real estate transactins. Yasmine is a can-do realtor. She has been willing to jump through hoops in order to make things happen. Yasmine stays in constant contact throughout the process and is a top notch negotiator. We would refer Yasmine to anyone looking for an efficient and honest realtor”

Yasmine did a wonderful job of selling our condo and finding us the perfect home at the price we wanted and the neighborhood we most desired. Yasmine’s service was exceptional and we are very happy. We will definitely use Yasmine again and refer her to all friends. Yasmine did her job very professional and lokked out for our best interest at all times.

Yasmine, is definitely full service Real Estate Professional. I had the pleasure of experiencing many different services. She first listed and Sold my home, then found the perfect house for my family purchases and then when traveling aboard for work she helped lease my home during the entire time. She is professional and always makes the extra effort to make certain there is success.

Yasmine dingently hosted open houses every weekend. She is extremely dedicated to her customers. She conveys a professional image that makes positive impressions. She communicates effectively with email. She is creative in generating interest amongst buyers. She faces adversity with a positive attitude. She sold our house, rspected firm with consistent positive results. When we move again, we will call Yasmine

Yasmine took on a small property that needed some cosmetic/handyman help, and turned it into a fresh, clean sellable property for very little cost. Better yet, Yasmine found competent contractors, managed them and got low bids for us. The condominium was cleaned up, listed, and sold within 2 months of first contact with Yasmine. Finally, this property was in Rossmoor, and it was Yasmine’s first time selling there! She maneuvered through the bureaucracy and HOA requirements as if she already knew what was needed. We were able to get what we needed in terms of price despite the shortfalls of the property. We couldn’t be more pleased with Yasmine and her professionalism throughout the process. Thank you, Yasmine!

I had my eyes set on an early 1900’s Victorian in Newcastle, CA that had never been listed. I contacted Yasmine to see if she could find ownership information on the property and to my surprise she did more! She convinced the owners to sell and the transaction was ratified in 2008. Yasmine Austere is a consummate professional who manages her client relationships with the utmost of integrity and savvy. Her sense of urgency and experience invokes a can do mentality with those fortunate enough to work with her. She has a keen sense of finding unrealized new opportunities and consistently delivers result beyond expectations. Yasmine consistently brings her “A” Game to the team!

We recently moved from the East Coast and not knowing anyone locally, we decided to interview several realtors and chose Yasmine. Our requirements were 1) knowledge of the town especially experience raising children through all three school levels 2) connections to and good experiences with contractors, inspectors, etc. 3) a great eye for details and 4) great negotiation skills. Previously, we looked at 30 homes over 3 months on several house hunting trips, only to come up empty. When we arrived into the area into temporary housing, we selected Yasmine and she made the experience of looking for a home much less stressful. Working with her a true delight! We had no knowledge of California architecture, building codes, HOAs, and all the other little transaction details, Yasmine pointed out many things we would not have noticed. We had a very challenging transaction because of a compressed closing schedule due to a very, very difficult seller. This was probably the most challenging closing out of the five we’ve been through after living in several states. Yasmine was rational, reasonable, calm, and always looked out for our best interests as buyers. She found multiple technical issues with the offer process with the sellers’ realtor and was constantly on top of the deal. Her customer service and professional approach was outstanding! Over the years, realtors we’ve found who are honest and fair become trusted friends and advisors and we refer a lot of people to them. I’m happy to say that Yasmine is now in that league, and we look forward to recommending her services, as we could always trust her judgment, advice, and recommendations.

Yasmine clearly understood the house we were looking for and focused our list of viewings on those houses, thus making our search very efficient. Yasmine worked tirelessly to ensure the house we selected had all the inspections completed, follow up work done prior to move in, and provided recommendations for each of the trades we were looking for as we began the house improvement process

My husband and I have moved many times and worked with many realtors – Yasmine was definitely one of the best we have worked with. We had been living out of the country so our move required a lot of coordination. Yasmine made her part of the process go as smoothly and quickly as it could have. I’m sure Yasmine had other clients while working with us but we always felt as if we were her priority. Yasmine listened to us when telling her what we were looking for in a house and then while looking at properties she paid attention to what we liked and didn’t like. Because Yasmine truly listened to our comments we spent very little time looking at houses that we were not interested in. Yasmine found us a house in an area we thought was out of our price range. Nine months after moving in we had an issue that should have been our financial responsibility. After talking to Yasmine she got involved and took care of the issue without us having to pay anything. I have recommended Yasmine and will definitely use her again.

Yasmine is a very good listener and very attentive to my needs . I am very impressed with her mannerism. She is quite different from most other real estate agents I know. She knows the area well and also the properties in our subject. For the sake of brevity, we bought our dream first home when Yasmine was the selling agent. Our VA Loan was unlikely to get us into a home in that cash-money San Francisco Bay Area market but Yasmine encouraged her clients to give us a chance. We were so impressed, we asked her to resell it for us years later. Don’t hire her if you don’t want a salesperson who can do better than you at selling your home. Hire her if you’re willing to fully trust her integrity, skills, knowledge, and advice. She compassionately listens to your needs and is honest and professional with feedback. Most importantly, she was our lioness, a dominant advocate for us in a wild market. Her selling style is proactive, consistent, and rapidly opportunistic of timing and leverage. Our heads were spinning from the furious preparation and quick sale. Yet, the outcome was better than we could’ve hoped for because we did exactly what Yasmine told us to do. I only wish she could’ve helped us purchase on the east coast!

Yasmine is the absolute BEST! My boyfriend is a first-time home-buyer and we knew nothing about buying a home. She guided us through with an incredible amount of patience and knowledge. We trusted her opinion because she showed us her experience through giving us all the information we needed to be successful. She listened to what we said we wanted and gave us information we never knew we needed and that we’d never receive doing this on our own. She takes care of her clients and treats them like family. Whenever we do this again we are 100% going with her and any of my family or friends that need a realtor, I would ecstatically give them Yasmine’s information. Don’t be a fool, Yasmine is the best!! Thank you for finding us our dream first-home, Yasmine. We love you!

Yasmine is the best! She is very thoughtful and excellent at her job. It was very overwhelming to begin buying my first home but she made the process extremely smooth. She did not pressure me into looking or putting offers on homes I was unsure or unhappy with. Yasmine was extremely thoughtful and took all the time to assist me with looking at potential house and helped decide what not to waste my time on.

Yasmine helped us bought our lovely home even when the market is crazy. With her professional knowledges and skills in real estate, Yasmine helped us won the bidding. She impressed us by her efficient work and the great sense of the market. Recently we decided to sell our property, the first person jumping in my mind is Yasmine. And she impressed us again. With her professional service, we feel so peace in mind during the transaction and the whole process is such a pleasure. We would love to work with Yasmine, and will definitely refer our friends to her.

I just relocated from Baltimore, MD to Oakland, CA. I only had a month in which to do this, and here’s how Yasmine’s expertise enabled me to do that. Yasmine only showed me properties appropriate to my needs. She got to work immediately taking all my preferences and fine-tuning them to available properties in which she knew I would be interested. She was able to narrow down my options to two major developments she thought would most closely match my expressed needs and was able to find me my perfect home on the very first day I arrived to begin my search! This saved me countless hours of needless searching, especially during the pandemic which imposes restrictions on viewing homes that slow down the process. She had that all arranged in advance so we could view the homes with a minimum of wait time. Her advice on options available during the viewings was top-notch and demonstrated her vast experience in the market. As far as advising me on the purchase details of my new home, Yasmine is a shrewd negotiator and was on top of details that someone like me who has not purchased a new home since the 1980s would not be aware of. What I really like is that she acted as a gatekeeper whenever discussions between me and the sales office got bogged down in details that were not pertinent to the sale or my needs. This means that negotiations flowed quickly, smoothly, and always with my interests as a buyer taking primary consideration. Her people skills are par excellence. She built an outstanding rapport among herself, the seller, and me from the minute we arrived at the sales office and has continued to do so throughout the negotiations. She kept me informed and effectively resolved problems and issues. This is a category where Yasmine receives top marks in my book! She makes sure she stays in the loop on all communications among all parties. She is astute at knowing who should or should not see communications between me and her as my agent. Yasmine has pointed out things to me that I would never have known based on her experience – things that would make a significant difference in price and process that are invaluable to me. I feel confident in her ability to guide me through the process without question. She is astute at explaining complex issues related to the purchase in terms that are easy for me to understand. Her demeanor is always professional but with an underlying tone of an agent who truly cares about getting her client the best possible deal in the least amount of time. Yasmine even caught items that needed correcting during the final home inspection that I would have missed and made sure that they were put on the builder’s “fix-it” list. For someone like me who only had a little over a month to relocate from one coast to the other, this was of the utmost importance. Without her help, I would be ten times more stressed out getting all of this done considering all the other things I have to do to make the move. In a nutshell, I am truly blessed that Yasmine was assigned to be my agent. I couldn’t have chosen a better person to represent me. She is professional, courteous, discreet, friendly, and has excellent people skills. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties and their clients are truly fortunate to have Yasmine on their staff. I give Yasmine and Berkshire an A++++ for their services!

We worked with Yasmine on both buying our home two years ago when we moved into the area from out of state and selling our home this summer. During the purchase of our home, Yasmine did a great job working us through the specific of buying in this area over the 4th of July holiday. She worked aggressively to get us the best purchase price on our home and worked quickly and effectively through the inspection and appraisal processes. Now, two years later when we are being relocated again, I was happy to reach out to Yasmine to sell our home. Like the buying experience, she worked aggressively and quickly at getting our home BMA, coaching us on things to prepare the home sale, and getting a great offer on our home as soon as it came on the market. During both events, Yasmine was very responsive and proactive throughout the process. Yasmine worked effectively with our company’s relocation company and all the additional forms and processes that it involves. Her experience in this area was very helpful. I highly recommend Yasmine for either buying or selling of your home.
