She knows the area well and also the properties in our subject. For the sake of brevity, we bought our dream first home when Yasmine was the selling agent. Our VA Loan was unlikely to get us into a home in that cash-money San Francisco Bay Area market but Yasmine encouraged her clients to give us a chance. We were so impressed, we asked her to resell it for us years later. Don’t hire her if you don’t want a salesperson who can do better than you at selling your home. Hire her if you’re willing to fully trust her integrity, skills, knowledge, and advice. She compassionately listens to your needs and is honest and professional with feedback. Most importantly, she was our lioness, a dominant advocate for us in a wild market. Her selling style is proactive, consistent, and rapidly opportunistic of timing and leverage. Our heads were spinning from the furious preparation and quick sale. Yet, the outcome was better than we could’ve hoped for because we did exactly what Yasmine told us to do. I only wish she could’ve helped us purchase on the east coast!
